Get Rid Of Swollen Legs Naturally

Many people believe that swollen legs are a usual thing and don’t require any special attention. Swelling of the legs can be very frustrating and uncomfortable. Pour 400 ml of boiling water over one tbsp of nicely blended parsley leaf or root. Cover it and let it stay overnight. The next morning strain the tea. Add a juice of 1 lemon and consume 100 ml 3 times per day. Then make a pause for three days. This remedy should be consumed until the swelling goes away.

Use flaxseed if your feet are swollen
Put 4 tsp of flax seed in 1 liter of water. Put the mixture on the stove and cook it for about 10-15 minutes. Then, remove it from the stove, cover and let it in some warm place for an hour. Make a juice from one lemon and add it in the tea. Consume it during the day. After two weeks the swelling will disappear.

Apply a saline solution in the following manner to prevent leg swelling

In 10 liters of cold water dilute 1 kg of common salt. Every night before you go to sleep take one clean towel, soak it in this mixture and apply it on your cross (lumbar back). Let it stay for at least 20 minutes. Practice this every night for 10 days. Swelling will disappear as a result of increased urination which will start immediately after this procedure.
